Rob has over 36 years of leadership experience in the waste industry. His career has included leading enterprises for several large public companies in regions that have included Pennsylvania, Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia.

He has extensive experience in providing successful leadership of profit improvement through keen focus on Safety/Compliance, Employee Engagement and Customer Service. Rob also founded a successful solid waste and recycling company that provided service in the greater Ohio region and a medical waste company serving that same area.

Rob has been married to his wife Mary for 36 years and they have 4 children and 2 granddaughters.

Robert (Bob) Sparbanie, Jr. is Chief Financial Officer of Earthwise Environmental Solutions, LLC.  His responsibilities include all aspects of financial management, HR, and IT of the company.

Bob is a seasoned executive with proven success in overseeing financial strategy, operations, and performance for companies across diverse industries.  His primary focus is on value creation, successful exits, M&A integration, turnarounds, and driving growth in PE-backed companies.

Bob has over 35 years of financial management experience.  Prior to joining Earthwise, Bob served as Chief Financial Officer for Steel City Wash, LLC where he successfully acquired and integrated 3 companies.

Bob received his bachelor’s degree in finance from Penn State University and an MBA plus Finance from Robert Morris University.

Bob has been married to his wife Debbie for 34 years and they have 4 children.

Ben has over 38 years of operational leadership in the waste industry. He has been a successful operational leader for many companies including Waste Management, Advanced Disposal and Armada Waste. He has an accomplished career based on being a servant leader focused on the development of his team members.

Ben has been recognized numerous times for his prowess in identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing proven processes. He has worked throughout the industry in solid waste, recycling, medical waste and managing oil/gas field waste. He has led teams in Pennsylvania, Ohio, New Jersey, Maryland and West Virginia.

Ben has been married to his wife Janice for 36 years and they have a daughter.

Wendell has over 36 years of experience in the waste industry. He has held several roles throughout his career, and he has proven to be a success as he led teams for public solid waste and recycling companies as well as start up organizations.

Wendell has a varied skill set that enables him to create long lasting relationships with employees and customers. He is focused on continuous improvement as it pertains to Safety/Compliance,
Customer Service and Operational Efficiencies. Wendell leads our Business Development efforts through the development of our inside and outside sales teams as well as our acquisition efforts.

Wendell has been married to his wife Laurie for 36 years and they have 4 sons and 3 grandchildren.
